摘要课程是高等教育质量革命的主阵地，“课堂教学革命”和“学习革命”是重要抓手。随着教育新思想新理念贯彻落实的深入，大数据、人工智能等新技术的不断应用，大学教与学的环境、模式发生了颠覆性改变。形成性评价是一种过程性评价，具备诊断性、反馈性、过程性、双向性等特点，体现“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”教育理念，联通知识传授和能力培养，是引导教师关注学生学习效果和高阶能力培养，引导学生自我管理、主动学习，提升自主学习能力，确保人才培养质量持续改进提升的有效评价制度。作者通过分析“课堂教学革命”“学习革命”的内在要求，探索形成性评价体系构建的意义、理论、方法、策略，为高等学校当前课程考核改革与质量评价提供有益借鉴。

Research on the Construction of Formative Evaluation System under the Background of Higher Education Quality Revolution

AbstractCurriculumis the main position ofhighereducation quality revolution，and "classroomteachingrevolution" and "Learning Revolution" are important starting points. With the in-depth implementation of new educational ideas and concepts and the continuous application of new technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence， the environment and mode of university teaching and learning have undergone subversive changes. Formative assessment is a process assessment， which has the characteristics of diagnosis， feedback， process and two-way. It embodies the educational concept of "student-centered， output oriented and continuous improvement"， connects knowledge transfer and ability training， guides teachers to pay attention to students’ learning effect and high-level ability training， guides students to self-management， active learning and improve their autonomous learning ability， An effective evaluation system to ensure the continuous improvement and improvement of talent training quality. By analyzing the internal requirements of"classroomteaching revolution" and "learning revolution"， the author explores thesignificance，theory， methods and Strategies of the construction of formative evaluation system， so as to provide a useful reference for the current curriculum assessment reform and quality evaluation in colleges and universities.

評价具有导向作用，采用科学的考核评价方式，才能引导高校确立科学的育人目标，引导教师把人才培养当学问，认认真真培养学生，引导学生多读书、深思考、善提问、勤实践。形成性评价作为一种过程性评价，贯穿于教和学的各个环节，注重诊断分析与反馈改进，重视知识生成和多元评价方法的综合运用，倡导教师传授知识和培养能力并重，体现“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”教育理念，符合新时代推进高等教育质量革命的内在要求，是科学有效的课程考核评价方式和教育评价重要辅助手段。……
