摘要专业实践是专业学位研究生培养过程中的重要环节，而实践基地作为专业学位研究生进行专业实践的主要场所，对培养专业学位研究生的实践创新能力具有重要作用。加强实践基地内涵建设，提高专业学位研究生的实践创新能力，是新时代研究生教育改革发展面临的重要课题。本文针对实践基地建设过程中存在的校企合作缺乏积极性、专业实践不足等现实问题，对中国民航大学实践基地建设过程中的有益做法进行阐述，以期能为行业院校研究生实践基地内涵建设提供一定的参考和借鉴。

Research on Connotation Construction of Practice Base for Professional Degree Graduates in Industry Colleges

——Taking the Civil Aviation University of China as an example

AbstractProfessional practice is an important link in the training process of professional degree graduate students， andthepracticebase，as themainplaceforprofessionaldegreegraduate studentstoconductprofessionalpractice，plays an important role in cultivating the practical and innovative ability of professional degree graduate students. Strengtheningtheconstructionoftheconnotationofthe practicebaseand improving thepracticalandinnovativeability of professional degree graduate students are important issues facing the reform and development of graduate education in the new era. Aiming at the practical problems of lack of enthusiasm in school-enterprise cooperation and insufficient professional practice in the construction of the practice base， this article elaborates on the beneficial practices in the construction of the practice base of Civil Aviation University of China， hoping to provide a certain level of connotation for the construction of the practice base for graduate students in the industry.

0前言

2020年7月，全国研究生教育大会在北京召开，习近平总书记和李克强总理对新时代研究生教育作出重要指示批示。从新时代研究生教育大会中可以感受到，在“十四五”时期的开局之年，在开启全面建设社会主义现代化国家新征程之际，经济社会等各行各业的发展对高层次创新人才的需求越来越迫切，研究生教育的战略性、重要性更加凸显。[1-2]

近年来，随着我国研究生教育规模的逐渐扩大，研究生教育进入了新的发展阶段：由增量式发展逐步转变为内涵式发展。[3-4]在这一背景下，保障研究生教育人才培养质量迅速凸显为新时代研究生教育改革发展的主要任务。实践基地作为高校与企业共同建立的人才培养平台，是高校与企业开展产学研合作的重要载体，也是专业学位研究生进行专业实践的主要场所，更是提高专业学位研究生创新能力、实践能力和综合素质的重要途径。……
