摘要在新时代的视阈下，高校“青马工程”的开展，肩负着大学生理论知识学习、价值观导向和未来规划引导等多重责任，具有连贯的科学系统性体系。作为青年大学生思政教育的主要载体，“青马工程”在高校中的认知普遍存在培养层面较浅的问题。推动大学生树立文化自信，实现全面发展，以此为抓手，着力构建培养体系，增强高校“青马工程”建设成效。

Research on the Training Connotation and Mechanism Construction of Qingma Project in the New Era

——Focusing on college students’ cultural self-confidence

AbstractFrom the perspective of the new era， the development of "Qingma project" in Colleges and universities shoulders the multiple responsibilities of college students’ theoretical knowledge learning， value orientation and future planning guidance， and has a coherent scientific and systematic system. As the main carrier of Ideological and political education for young college students， the cognition of "Qingma project" in colleges and universities generally has the problem of shallow training level. Promote college students to establish cultural self-confidence and achieve all-round development， take this as the starting point， strive to build a training system and enhance the effectiveness of the"Qingma project" in colleges and universities.

1开展“青马工程”的深厚展望

1.1开展“青马工程”是高校思政教育重要组成部分

“青马工程”的全称为青年马克思主义者培养工程。顾名思义，其目的在于为党、国家和人民培养出具有坚定信仰、过硬素质、突出能力的青年政治骨干，因此，自2007年团中央实施启动了“青马工程”，各个相关部门都在第一时间给予配合支持。不仅仅是作为高校思想政治教育的重要载体，还是加强青年大学生思想引领的主要手段，“青马工程”应强化青年人的使命担当，注重增效提质，摆脱刻板套路，通过理论学习、课题研究等方式，以此为基础，在开展“青马工程”时创新其教育教学的方法，进一步推动青年大学生马克思主义的大众化、高效化、全面化学习，为中国梦注入新鲜血液。

1.2加强马克思主义理念教育是大学生思想重要根基
