摘要随着我国教育改革的不断推进，素质教育已经被普及，对英语的教学提出了更高的要求。在小学英语的教学中，教师应该注重渗透核心素养的内容，不仅要让学生在英语学习中掌握基础的英语知识，还应该锻炼学生的思维能力，并提升学生的情感意识。基于此，本文针对核心素养下小学英语阅读教学的重要意义进行了说明，对于小学英语阅读教学中的问题进行深入的分析，并详细的阐述了核心素养下小学英语阅读教学的有效策略。

On the Effective Strategies of English Reading Teaching in Primary Schools under the Core Competence

AbstractWith the continuous advancement of China’s education reform， quality education has been popularized， which puts forward higher requirements for English teaching. In primary school English teaching， teachers should pay attention to infiltrating the content of core literacy. They should not only let students master basic English knowledge in English learning， but also exercise students’ thinking ability and enhance students’ emotional awareness. Based on this， this paper explains the significance of primary school English reading teaching under the core literacy， deeply analyzes the problems in primary school English reading teaching， and expounds the effective strategies of primary school English reading teaching under the core literacy in detail.

1核心素养下小学英语阅读教学的意义

小学英语阅读教学重要性主要表现在三方面。第一，帮助学生提高英语综合学习能力。在小学英语的教学中英语教师应该积极地开展阅读教学，并不断的创新阅读教学模式，进而可以有效的提高学生的英语语感，这对于学生的英语表达能力和阅读能力都有很大的帮助。与此同时，如果英语教师比较重视阅读教学，还会让学生在阅读中积累一定的写作素材和英语知识，同时在阅读中掌握更多的英语语法和单词，使得学生在英语的写作中正确灵活的运用这些英语语法和字词，进而提高学生的写作水平。[1]第二，拓展学生知识面，陶冶情操。在小学英语的课本教学中，很多阅读短文都是一些有趣的笑话或者是图片以及一些教育类的文章。学生在阅读学习的时候，可以帮助学生养成良好的学习习惯和生活习惯，还可以让学生充满正能量和积极的生活态度。……
