摘要激发学生发展内驱力是落实全国教育大会提出的人才培养的迫切要求。汕头职业技术学院东墩校区在党建探索和学生管理的实践中提出“五位一体”的育人构想，逐步形成基层组织引领，文化环境熏陶，学生管理、课程教学和创业实操协同建设的校区治理模式，在激发学生发展内驱力上找准切入点，激发活力点，形成常态化的良性互动机制，探索独具校区特色的新型人才培养路径。

Create a "Five in One" Education Platform to Stimulate Students’ Internal Drive for Development

——Taking Dongdun Campus of Shantou Polytechnic as an example

AbstractStimulating students’ internal drive for development is an urgent requirement for implementing the talent training put forward by the national education conference. Dongdun campus of Shantou Polytechnic has put forward the concept of "five in one" education in the exploration of Party construction and the practice of student management， and gradually formed a campus governance model of grass-roots organization guidance，cultural environment edification， and coordinated construction of student management， curriculum teaching and entrepreneurial practice， so as to find a breakthrough point and stimulate vitality in stimulating the internal drive of student development， form a normal benign interaction mechanism and explore a new talent training path with unique campus characteristics.

1“五大”育人平臺的探索

1.1基层组织平台

为进一步有效实现党组织与人才培养的相通，校区坚持党建带团建，团建促党建的指导思想，推行了“党团共建”管理模式的创新和实践。校区通过党支部协同帮扶模式，创新组建“教工+学生”党员帮扶小组，按照“1名教工正式党员+1至2名学生预备党员”的构成方式，坚持“互帮互助、互教互学”的原则，融入校区各团支部建设中。

校区党团共建通过创新协同的三种范式，推动校区党团建设品牌化效应。第一，创新协同学习模式。党员帮扶小组对内根据学院“三会一课”要求，定期开展理论知识的学习和研讨交流，提高党员干部的理论思维能力和政治素养。对外融入团支部的团建学习中，与校区团员干部一起学理论、理思路、破难题，激发基层团组织的生机与活力。第二，创新协同学习方式。党员帮扶小组和团支部协同采取“线上+线下”“分散+集中”等多种形式的学习，突破时间和空间限制，灵活开展学习活动，提高学习积极性和学习效率。……
