摘要团辅活动即团队心理辅导活动，因为其具有高效、适用性强等特点，在我国心理教学中广泛应用。而职业院校学生在心理成长方面存在或多或少问题，利用团辅活动可以产生行为干预、心理预防，从而帮助学生健康成长。本文简述团辅活动概念与理论，对其在职业院校心理教学工作中的意义进行描述，并将重点放在心理教学应用方面，旨在增强学生心理健康，提升职业院校心理教学质量。

Application Analysis of League Auxiliary Activity Design in Psychological Teaching in Vocational Colleges

AbstractGroup auxiliary activities are team psychological auxiliary activities， which are widely used in psychological teaching in China because of their high efficiency and strong applicability. Vocational college students have more or less problems in psychological growth. Using group assistance activities can produce behavior intervention and psychological prevention，soastohelpstudentsgrowhealthily.Thispaperbrieflydescribestheconceptandtheoryofgroupauxiliaryactivities， describes its significance in psychological teaching in vocational colleges， and focuses on the application of psychological teaching，inordertoenhancestudents’mentalhealthandimprovethequalityofpsychologicalteachinginvocationalcolleges.

0前言

职业院校是由政府相关部门建立，实施全日制中等学历的中等职业学校、全日制高等学历的高等职业学校与高等专科学校等。而职业院校学生相较同龄人，无论是自主控制能力，还是自信心都表现明显不足。团体辅导活动在心理教学中，具有节省时间、提高效率等优点，可以有效利用团体影响力，帮助团队成员探索自我，进而学习接纳自我，对于与他人构建良好关系，学习、人生态度与正确行为都具有明显促进作用。但是，目前大多数研究团体辅导的目标对象都是例如大学生、高中生，对于职业院校关注较少。
