摘要学生的心理健康问题已经成为教育工作者、家庭乃至社会越发关注的问题。教育者们一直在摸索一套有效的心理健康教育模式，来帮助学生们处理心理问题，从而能够健康成长。但目前所探索的模式都还存在着不系统、不专业、不全面、不适用等一系列的问题。本研究基于生态系统理论以及结合我国当前社区发展状况，尝试建构一套基于当前我国社区发展水平的中小学心理健康教育生态系统。

Exploring the Ecological System Model of Mental Health Education in Primary and SecondarySchools in the Context ofthe NewEra of CommunityDevelopment

AbstractThe mental health of students has become a growing concern foreducators， families， andsociety.Educators have been exploring a set of effective mental health education models to help students deal with their psychological problems so that they can grow up healthily. However， the models that have been explored so far are not systematic， professional， comprehensive， or applicable. Based on the ecosystem theory and the current level of development of our community， this study attempts to construct a set of mental health education ecosystem for primary and secondary schools based on the current level of development of our community.

我國教育部先后于2002年和2012年颁布及修订了《中小学心理健康指导纲要》。由此可以看出我国对于中小学心理健康教育的重视，从另一个层面上也可以看出对于中小学健康教育模式改革的迫切性。大量研究者基于自己的研究提出相应的中小学心理健康教育系统，但仍存在着操作性不强等问题。有研究尝试基于生态系统理论（ecological systems theory）来构建心理健康教育的系统。生态系统理论是由美国心理学家尤里.布朗芬布伦纳于1970年提出，它具体描述了影响人类个体发展的种种环境或系统，一共包含五个子环境系统。微系统（microsystem）是与个体直接相接触的系统，例如家庭，学校，社区等等；中系统（mesosystem）是指微系统之间的相互联系，例如个体在家庭中的关系可能会影响到他在学校中的表现；外系统（exosystem）是一种个体虽然并不身在其中，但是会受到其影响的一种环境。例如，父母的工作单位，虽然不会直接对儿童造成影响，但是可能会透过父母而间接影响。……
