【摘要】分层教学作为全新的教学资源，该教学法倡导教师要坚持以学生为本，关注和重视学生的个性化差异，尊重学生的个性化发展，满足不同层次学生的学习需求，为化学教师带来全新的教学理念。分层教学法的有效运用，不但践行了以学生为本的教学理念，而且符合素质教育发展的需要，为高中化学课堂教学质量的提升发挥着重要的作用。本文主要对分层教学在高中化学教学中的重要意义进行了阐述，重点对分层教学在高中化学教学中的应用展开深入研究。

【Abstract】Hierarchical teaching is a brand-new teaching resource.The teaching method advocates that teachers shouldstick to student-oriented，pay attention to and value the individualized differences of students，respect the individualized de‐velopment of students，meet the learning needs of students at different levels，and bring chemistry teachers Brand new teaching concept.The effective application of the layered teaching method not only implements the student-oriented teach‐ing concept，but also meets the needs of the development of quality education，and plays an important role in improving the quality of high school chemistry classroom teaching.This article mainly elaborates the significance of hierarchical teaching in high school chemistry teaching，focusing on the application of hierarchical teaching in high school chemistry teaching.

隨着我国教育体制改革不断推进，传统的教育方法逐渐暴露出诸多问题，与时代的发展及教育的发展不相符。在初中化学教学过程中，为了保证化学教学效果的最优化，则需要紧随时代的发展步伐，注重创新化学教学方式，更新和优化教学方法，确保化学教学水平得到全面提高。分层教学作为全新的教学理念，在初中化学教学中的运用，为教师带来了全新的教学理念，提高了化学课堂教学质量的同时，促进了化学教学工作的全面发展。

一、分层教学在高中化学教学中的重要意义

（一）缓解学生学习压力

在高中化学教学过程中，虽然化学成绩的分化存在诸多影响因素，归根结底源自学生自身的因素。为了保证学生成绩得到提升，化学教师要立足于学生的实际，根据不同学生的情况采取相应的措施。……
