【摘要】幼儿教育中家庭教育的作用既体现在家庭是幼儿个性、品格形成的奠基石，也体现在家庭是幼儿学习意识和能力养成的摇篮等诸多方面。而要充分发挥家庭教育在幼儿教育中的核心作用，家长除了要身教重于言教，还需要积极营造和谐的家庭氛围，以及重视家园互动、取长补短。

Thinking on the Role of Family Education in Early Childhood Education

【Abstract】The role of family education in preschool education is not only reflected in the fact that the family is the corner‐stone of childrens personality and character formation，but also in many aspects such as the cradle of childrens learning awareness and ability development.To give full play to the core role of family education in early childhood education，par‐ents must not only teach by example over words，but also actively create a harmonious family atmosphere，as well as pay at‐tention to homeland interaction and learn from each other.

家长是孩子的第一任教师，家庭是幼儿的第一间教室。幼儿教育中，家庭不仅是提供幼儿生理生存条件的基石，也是推动幼儿智力、心理等社会化发展的平台。

一、幼儿教育中家庭教育的作用

（一）幼儿个性品格形成的奠基石

美国心理學家鲍德温曾就家庭教育民主化程度问题进行过现场观察式调查。结果发现，在幼儿教育民主化程度相对较高的家庭中，幼儿往往表现出更多的领导能力、旺盛求知欲、强烈好奇心和丰富的创造性，而民主化程度相对较低的家庭中，幼儿呈现出更多反向发展的特点。可见，如果将幼儿个性品格比喻为一张白纸，家庭教育就如同画笔。

家庭中无论是日常生活还是教育行为总会在无形中成为幼儿个性品格形成的奠基石，主导着幼儿性格发展的整体方向。在学龄前教育领域中，不少幼教老师反映幼儿园中“小霸王”的数量越来越多，这些孩子习惯于独占喜爱的玩具不愿意与其他幼儿分享，而且游戏过程中更加喜欢发号施令以指挥者自居等。……
