[摘要] 近几年，随着医学事业在社会中的不断发展，我国的医疗机制不断地完善，患者的法律意识也在不断地增强。在实际的医学事业不断发展的过程中，患者的档案作为完善我国医疗机制的重要手段，相关的管理人员一定要加对它的管理，只有这样才能采取积极地的措施解决其中的问题。因此，在这样的背景下，医院要想加强对病案的管理，就要不断地对病案管理中所出现的问题进行具体的分析，采取积极措施去加强对医院病案的管理，提高相关管理人员的综合素质和法律意识，只有这样才能对患者的病案进行更好地管理，让患者的病案更加的完善，从而使医院的病案管理更加的规范化和法制化。

[Abstract] In recent years， with the continuous development of medical career in society， my country's medical mechanism has been continuously improved， and patients' legal awareness has also been continuously enhanced. In the process of continuous development of the actual medical career， the patient's file is an important means to improve my country's medical mechanism， and relevant managers must manage it. Only in this way can we take active measures to solve the problems. Therefore， under such a background， if the hospital wants to strengthen the management of medical records， it must continuously analyze the problems in the management of medical records， and continuously take positive measures to strengthen the management of hospital medical records and the improvement of the overall quality and legal awareness of relevant management personnel. Only in this way can the patients medical records be better managed， and the patients medical record hardware can be more perfect， thereby making the hospitals medical record management more standardized and legal.

病案管理作為医院管理过程中的重要管理内容之一，它还是保障患者病情及治疗记录以及个人隐私妥善保存的重要手段，具有很强的法律性。近几年来，随着我国经济和科技不断发展，人们的法律意识也在不断地增强，特别是在医院的病案管理中，患者们为了保障自己的权益，开始不断地增强自己的法律意识，通过病案以保障自己的合法权益。所以，在这样的情况下，医院要想加强对患者病案的管理，就要不断地提高管理人员的综合素质和法律意识，不断地完善病案管理的手段，找出落实病案管理的具体制度，分析病案管理过程中所出现的问题，从而加强新时代下我国病案管理的规范化和信息化，进一步促进我国医学事业在社会中的发展。……
