摘 要：新一轮产业革命和技术革新，促使高等教育的改革创新走在前列，“新工科”建设作为高校综合改革的“催化剂”正积极引领高等教育的深化改革。车辆工程专业人才培养对国民经济发展举足轻重，在此背景下，车辆工程专业的人才培养目标和培养模式均需要重新定位以顺应时代要求。本文以《汽车理论》课程为例，从车辆工程专业的人才培养目标、课程体系结构和教学模式创新等方面进行了有益探索，以期加快专业建设，适应“新工科”建设对高等教育领域车辆工程专业人才的培养要求。

Abstract：In response to the new round of scientific technological revolution and industrial reform，the reform and innovation of higher education is imminent.As the catalyst of comprehensive reform of colleges and universities，the construction of new engineering is actively leading the deepening reform of higher education.The personnel training of vehicle engineering profession plays an important role in the development of national economy.Personnel training objectives and training mode of vehicle engineering profession need to be repositioned to meet the requirements of the times.Taking the course of automobile theory as an example，this paper explores the personnel training objectives，curriculum system structure and teaching mode innovation of vehicle engineering profession，so as to speed up the profession construction and adapt to the training requirements of new engineering construction for vehicle engineering professionals in higher education field.

2017年，教育部啟动“新工科”建设，加快培养新兴领域工程技术人才，改造升级传统工科专业，主动布局未来战略必争领域人才培养，提升国家硬实力和国际竞争力[1]。有别于传统工科专业的改造升级，“新工科”名称由此而生。汽车工业是我国国民经济的重要支柱，其发展会带动许多相关工业部门的发展;同时汽车工业结合了冶金、机械制造、电子信息、橡胶、纺织等一系列产业，带动作用突出，体现多学科和多领域高、精、尖技术的交叉与集成，具有战略性、先导性、可持续性、高附加值等基本特征。当下，车辆工程领域内新科技革命和新产业变革正悄然兴起，新形势下车辆工程专业人才的培养模式迎来了新的机遇和挑战，基于此，本文对安徽工业大学车辆工程专业的教学改革进行初步探索。……
