摘 要 民族文化校史档案的传承是对学校民族文化和历史文化发展的直观展现，更是为全社会民族文化的发展作出贡献，是全社会民族文化发展的重要见证。加强民族文化校史档案保护工作，运用多种方式充分发挥校史档案的价值，提升档案服务的水平。以爱国爱校主题为指引建设校史档案馆，加强民族团结、维护祖国统一。

Abstract The inheritance of the school history archives of ethnic culture in colleges and universities is a direct display of the development of ethnic culture and historical culture in the school， and also a contribution to the development of ethnic culture in the whole society. It is an important witness of the development of ethnic culture in the whole society. We should strengthen the protection of the school history archives of ethnic culture， give full play to the value of the archives of school history in various ways， and improve the level of archives service. Guided by the theme of patriotism and love for school， the school history archives should be built to strengthen national unity and safeguard the unification of our motherland.

校史档案征集是一所高校建立和完善档案资源体系建设的基础。校史档案征集的档案资料是否具有价值，最重要的是要看征集的档案资料是否能够体现高校的区域文化和校园文化。区域文化和校园文化的有机结合才能体现出校史档案独特的文化价值。例如，西北民族大学处于西北地区，前身西北民族学院于1950年创办，是新中国成立后创办的第一所民族高等院校。建校以来为西北少数民族地区培养了各类少数民族干部和少数民族专门人才，为民族地区经济发展作出了重要的贡献。2020年8月，学校即将迎来70周年校庆。学校现有56个民族学生两万余人。每年都有各式各样的围绕学生展开的各类学术文化活动、文艺演出、民族文化知识竞赛、民族体育竞技比赛等，充分体现了各民族学生丰富多彩的文化生活和独特而美丽的民族文化。……
