摘  要：地方应用型本科院校机械类专业肩负着为地方、为行业培养综合素质高、创新创业能力强的高水平应用型人才。文章以鄂尔多斯应用技术学院机械类专业为例，分别从创新创业教育深度融入培养方案、提升教师双创教育水平、依托学科竞赛促进创新创业教育、打造一体化创新创业平台、依托地方政府拓宽成果转化等方面介绍鄂尔多斯应用技术学院双创教育的开展模式与成果转化。

Abstract： The mechanical major of local applied undergraduate college has the responsibility of cultivating high-level applied talents with high comprehensive quality and strong innovation and entrepreneurship ability for local society and industry. This article takes the mechanical major of the Ordos Institute of Technology as an example， and deeply integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education into training programs， enhances the level of teachers' dual innovation education， relies on discipline competitions to promote innovation and entrepreneurship education， builds an integrated innovation and entrepreneurship platform， and relies on local governments to broaden the achievement transformation Introduce the development model and achievement transformation of Ordos Institute of Technology in the aspects of innovation education.

引言

在中国制造2025与工业4.0的背景下，“智能制造”被列为主攻方向。对“智能制造”发展而言，创新能力的培养是他的内核动力，而创新人才的培养更是“智能制造”落地的前提条件。如何将“智能制造”和创新创业教育有效结合，打造出基于“智能制造”的创新创业人才培养机制，是高校机械类专业创新创业教育要研究的主要课题。[1-2]

地方应用型本科院校机械类专业旨在为行业培养更多综合素质高、创新创业能力强的高水平应用型人才，为智能制造落地提供人才保障。机械类专业由于基础课程较多、涉及学科领域广，在有限的学分范围内和保障强基础的背景下，很难提供高质量的创新创业教育，培养的学生不能满足社会的需求[3-4]。鄂尔多斯应用技术学院作为内蒙古自治区第一家以“应用技术”命名的本科院校，通过学校对接地方，专业对接企业，了解地方人才需求，注重学生创新创业能力与实践应用的培养。……
