[摘 要] 文化产业的快速发展，对于旅游产业持续发展具有重要现实意义，而民宿产业尤其是特色民宿的发展可以推动地方经济增长并促进就业。纵观目前黔南地区民宿的发展情况，以文化特色来打造民宿发展的趋势愈发明显，可以构建以都匀、贵定、独山为中线的茶文化特色民宿区，瓮安、福泉为北线的红色文化特色民宿区，平塘、三都、荔波为南线的民族文化特色民宿区，龙里、惠水、长顺、罗甸为西线的农耕文化特色民宿区以及大坪经济开发区为东线的影视文化特色民宿区，形成“一点一品牌，一线一特色，以点带线，以线连面”的黔南特色民宿产业圈体系。

Abstract： The rapid development of cultural industry has important practical significance for the sustainable development of tourism industry， and the development ofBed & Breakfast industry， especially characteristic Bed & Breakfast， can promote local economic growth and employment. Throughout the current development of Bed & Breakfast in Qiannan， it is more and more obvious to create Bed & Breakfast with cultural characteristics. We can build Bed & Breakfast areas with tea culture characteristics in Duyun， Guiding and Dushan as the middle line， Wengan and Fuquan as the north line， Pingtang， Sandu and Libo as the southern line， and Longli， Huishui， Changshun and Luodian as the west linewhich is thefarming culture characteristic Bed & Breakfast area， and Daping economic development zone asthe eastline whichis the film and television cultural characteristic area， so as to form a characteristic Bed & Breakfast industrial circle system of Qiannan with "one point， one brand， one line， one feature， one point with line， and one area with line".

民宿建设是发展旅游业的重要组成部分，是当前旅游发展状况的重要标志之一。近年来，中央实施的旅游精准扶贫、易地扶贫搬迁、乡村振兴战略以及农村土地改革政策红利等政策，整合推动了贵州省民宿的快速发展。黔南具有丰富多彩的文化，基于目前的“民宿热”，在文旅融合的大环境下，打造各具特色的文化民宿，并将其构建成一个特色民宿产业圈是黔南民宿发展的大势所趋。

一、概念界定

（一）文化

我国关于“文化”的认识源远流长，但随着时代的发展也在发展。在我国历史上，“文化”一词用来指中国古代封建皇朝所施行的“文治”和“教化”的总称。现代社会关于“文化”的认识有狭义和广义两种，其中狭义的文化，是指社会意识形态（如思想、道德、风尚、宗教、文学艺术、科学技术、学术等）以及与之相适应的组织和制度。……
