摘要：会计类专业是一门实践性较强的专业，不仅要求学生掌握和学习更多的理论知识，而且要求学生掌握更多的会计技能。因此，教师应以较高的专业素质引导学生学习，促进学生综合素质的发展。其中，学生的学习态度尤为重要。学生的学习来源不是通过自己的自主学习，就是通过课堂教师的精心讲解。如果学生的学习态度更加积极，学生的学习效率和质量也会得到有效的提高。教师只需做好班主任和班长工作，为学生答疑解惑，传授知识，促进学生综合素质的提高。

Abstract： Accounting major is a practical major， not only requires students to master and learn more theoretical knowledge， but also requires students to master more accounting skills. Therefore， teachers should guide students to study with higher professional quality and promote the development of students' comprehensive quality. Among them， students' learning attitude is particularly important. The source of students' learning is either through their own self-study or through careful explanation by the classroom teachers. If students 'learning attitude is more positive， students' learning efficiency and quality will be effectively improved. Teachers only need to do a good job of class teacher and class leader， answer questions for students， impart knowledge and promote the improvement of students' comprehensive quality.

如何在有限的時间带领学生学习更多的知识是我们广大会计教育工作者面临的重要问题之一。本文立足于中职会计课堂教学实践活动，分别从“小组合作学习，调动学习动力”“精心设计教案，打造高效课堂”“趣味教育教学，激发学习兴趣”这三个方面入手，针对提高中职会计课堂教学质量进行了初步的分析和探索。

1  心设计教案，打造高效课堂

设计教学方案不仅影响学生的学习成绩和学习效率，还影响班级的课堂教学效率，对于学生具有直接影响作用，对此，任课教师应该精心设计教学方案，适当切入学生感兴趣的内容进行授课，从而打造高效率课堂，促进学生综合素质的提升。以讲解《利润的形成与分配》为例，首先经过以往的学习学生可以清楚的了解利润的概念，那么利润在企业中的分配应该采用什么样的分配方式呢？……
