摘要：近年来我国经济发展迅速，社会主义市场经济的发展以及和谐社会建设进程的推进都要求建立较为完善的离退 休职工管理与服务的社会化体系。离退休职工管理与服务社会化体系的构建是社会发展的必然要求，也是政府为人民服务的职责所在，更是社会保险制度不断发展与完善的重要组成部分。这就需要大力推进离退休职工管理与服务社会化体系的构建。

Abstract：In recent years， with the rapid development of China's economy， the development of socialist market economy and the promotion of the process of building a harmonious society require the establishment of a relatively complete socialized system of management and service for retired workers. The construction of the socialized management and service system for retired workers is the inevitable requirement of social development， the duty of the government to serve the people， and also an important part of the continuous development and improvement of the social insurance system. This needs to vigorously promote the construction of the management and service socialization system of retired workers.

隨着人口老龄化的进展，离退休管理工作呈现出了新态势，离退休职工希望得到更多的尊重和更好的生活待遇。在新形势下离退休人员管理工作面临着新的课题，做好离退休管理工作，关系到社会的稳定发展，是构建和谐社会的必然要求。因此必须引起高度的重视，制定合理对策，不断提高离退休工作水平。秉持“一切为了老同志”的基本理念，有针对性地解决好离退休人员思想上出现的新问题，推动离退休职工管理工作科学化、规范化。本文针对目前我国离退休职工管理工作的实际情况进行了分析，指出了如何做好这项工作的有效措施。

1  做好离退休职工管理的重要意义

敬老尊老是中华民族的传统美德，我们国家把敬老尊老列为社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容之一。把离退休职工安排好，发扬了中华民族的传统美德。推动党风建设，丰富了社会主义精神文明建设的内涵。……
