Abstract：video conference system is also called conference television system is frequently used in the enterprise system， able to take advantage of transmission lines with multimedia equipment to realize the information transfer as a carrier， can transmit voice， video， data sharing， can make communication more convenient， reduce the limit， achieve real-time interactive function， but also an important system of remote meeting effectively develop equipment. The function of video conference is similar to our current video call. It can not only communicate with each other in real time， but also communicate and interact with each other， so as to achieve innovative development of the conference. Based on the development of IP multimedia subsystem （IMS） integrated management platform， this paper analyzes the operation maintenance and process management of the system， so as to improve the effective application of large video conference system in the integrated online management platform， provide guarantee for the meeting process， and further optimize the command system. The comprehensive management platform and meeting room support personnel should be able to achieve effective regulation and control to ensure the smooth progress of the meeting.
