摘要：中职学生存在学情差异性，中职教学要正视学生的差异性。在计算机课程教学中，采用分层教学法，为不同学习基础的学生制定不同的教学方案，并且关注学生的个体化发展，促进学生在不同程度上的提升和发展。文章分析中职计算机课程分层次教学的内涵和意义，分析当下中职计算机教课程教学中存在的问题，探究中职计算机课程分层教学的应用策略。

Abstract： secondary vocational students have differences in learning situation， secondary vocational teaching to face up to the differences of students. In the teaching of computer courses， stratified teaching method is adopted to make different teaching plans for students with different learning bases， and the individual development of students is paid attention to， so as to promote the improvement and development of students in different degrees. This paper analyzes the connotation and significance of stratified teaching of secondary vocational computer courses， analyzes the existing problems in the teaching of secondary vocational computer courses， and probes into the application strategies of stratified teaching of secondary vocational computer courses.

1  中职计算机课程分层次教学的内涵

早在两千年前，伟大的教育家孔子就提出了“因材施教”的教育理论。因材施教理论很好理解，对不同的学生提出不同的教学目标，实行不同的教育内容，进行不同层次的教学评价手段。在新的教育背景下，国家大力支持职业教育，中职学校的招生规模不断扩大，但是中职学校的教学资源总量跟不上学生发展的速度，这之间的矛盾也日益突出，学生之间的层次不齐，对教育教学提出了新的挑战。在这样的背景下，践行因材施教教育思想，在中职学校内开展分层次教学活动，也就是坚持面向全体学生原则，但也要正视学生个体的差异与不足，积极创新教学模式，分层培养多种规格、多个层次的学生。中职计算机课程实施分层教学可以使不同程度的学生通过自身努力，是他们都能取得不同程度的进步，以增加学生学习的成绩感，为学生进一步学习的建立信心，为学生的进一步发展奠定基础。……
