摘要：精细化管理是现代新兴的一种管理理念同时也是一种管理文化，是为了顺应现代管理的必然产物，被广泛应用于各个领域当中，而在我国现代教育当中精细化管理不光应用于学校与教师之间，更是体现于教师的班级管理中。尤其是在小学阶段，学生的自我管理能力较差，刚进入到正规化学习环境所面临的问题也较多，班主任作为一个班级的灵魂人物责任意义重大，因此更加需要良好的运用精细化管理概念，将班级管理变得规范化、精细化、个性化，让学生能够尽快的适应集体生活和规范的学习环境，为提高小学知识教学质量和效果提供完善的后勤保障。

Absrtact：Fine Management is a new management concept and a management culture. It is an inevitable product of modern management and is widely used in various fields，in modern education in China，fine management is not only applied between schools and teachers，but also embodied in teachers'class management. Especially in the primary school stage，the students'self-management ability is relatively poor，and they have more problems when they just enter the formal learning environment. The head teacher's responsibility as the soul of a class is of great significance，therefore，it is more necessary to make good use of the concept of fine management to make class management standardized，fine and individualized，so that students can adapt to the collective life and standardized learning environment as soon as possible，in order to improve the quality and effect of Knowledge Teaching in primary schools to provide a sound logistical guarantee.

Key words：Primary School head teacher;refined management;Strategy Analysis 班主任是一個班级的领导人、决策人，把握着一个班级的氛围和发展方向，所以所管理的内容涉及了一个班级学生的思想、行为、学习、健康、生活等多个方面，同时负责学生与其他教学角色之间的协调与沟通，由此可见班主任工作的重要性和复杂性。那么为了能够更好地完成班主任的工作内容，除了要拥有良好的师德师风以及奉献精神之外，更需要有科学的管理手段，不同于以往的高压教学以教师的言行来约束学生的思想行为，现代教学更加重视学生的主体地位，从学生的思想和心理出发进行科学化的管理，那么精细化管理概念就成为了班主任班级管理的重要手段，因此班主任如何进行精细化管理将是本文主要研究的问题，希望能为小学班主任班级管理提供一些帮助。……
