摘  要： 近年来，智慧教育在世界各国如火如荼地发展，智慧教室作为智慧教育发展的基础，其建设与应用得到了广大学者的关注。本文汇总了国内外部分高校智慧教育发展的现状和策略，调查了国内“211”院校智慧教室的建设情况和智慧教室的类型，分析了当前在校大学生的认知特点和行为特征，综合了遗传学、人类学、心理学和社会学等智慧提升的决定性因素，结合智慧教育的自我导向、激励、自适应、丰富的资源和技术融入学习等特征，提出了高校智慧教室的应用策略。

【Abstract】： In recent years， smart education has developed in full swing in countries all over the world. As the foundation of smart education development， smart classroom has attracted the attention of many scholars for its construction and application. This paper summarizes the status quo and strategy of the development of smart education in some universities at home and abroad， investigates the construction of smart classrooms in domestic “211” colleges and the types of smart classrooms， and analyzes the cognitive characteristics and behavioral characteristics of current college students. The decisive factors of intelligence enhancement such as genetics， anthropology， psychology and sociology， combined with the self-direction， motivation， self-adaptation， rich resources and technology integration of learning in wisdom education， put forward the application strategy of college smart classrooms.

0  引言

進入21世纪以来，在新一代信息技术的推动下，世界上多个国家和地区已将智慧教育作为其未来教育发展的重大战略。智慧是教育永恒的追求，智慧发展是当代教育变革的一种基本价值走向。学校是学习的主要场所和主渠道，本科教育是大学的根和本，人才培养是大学的本质职能。智慧教育是面向未来的教育，在知识爆炸、信息如潮的时代需要新型的思维方式和思维体系，不断发展的智能化信息技术丰富和变革了教学环境和学习环境，通过智能化手段推动人才培养模式的改革，推动着智慧教育内涵的不断丰富发展。
