摘 要 “大众创新、万众创业”的提出在中国大地上兴起了一股创新创业的浪潮，在此背景下对高校人才培养提出了新的要求，也对高校实践教学改革提出了更高的要求。为适应新的形势，必须对现有的人才培养模式进行剖析，探究大学生实践教学改革模式，充分利用高校的多种创新教育资源和平台开展创新教育，从实践教学教师培养、实践教学平台优化、创新实验与创业活动的融合等方面着手，为社会提供创新性人才。

Study on College Practice Teaching Reform under the Background

of Mass Innovation and Entrepreneurship

Abstract Raise of the "public innovation and entrepreneurship" rise of a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship in the land of China， under the background of college talent training put forward new requirements， to reform the practice of teaching， proposed higher requirements. In order to adapt to the new situation， we must to existing personnel training mode analysis and research on students practice teaching reform mode， make full use of the variety of innovative education resources and platform to carry out innovative education， from the aspects of practice teaching teacher training， practice teaching platform optimization， innovation experiment and the integration of entrepreneurial activity， to provide innovative talents for the society.

2015年3月5日李克强总理提出了“大众创新、万众创业”（下简称“双创”），在中国大地上兴起了一股创新创业的浪潮，在此背景下对高校人才培养提出了新的要求，为适应新的形势，大学生应该具备创新思维和更强的创新能力，高校在人才的能力培养方面更显重要，也对高校实践教学改革提出了更高的要求。

1 传统实践教学不能完全满足“双创”的要求

1.1 传统实践教学条件与人才培养目标不匹配

上世纪末，为满足国家的人才战略需求，高校扩招速度较快，导致办学经费相对缺乏，表现最突出的就是实践教学设备台件数量相对不足、实践教学基地数量相对不够和实践教学学时数不足。为此，部分高校采取了减少教学成本的手段，即教学形式主要以课堂讲授理论知识为主，课程设计、实验操作、社会调查、教学实习、生产实习和毕业实习等实践教学环节流于形式。……
