摘要 水产动物营养和饲料学是水产养殖学专业的一门核心课程，具有理论性和实践性并重的特点。为满足现代水产饲料行业对专业人才的需求，并结合地方院校应用型人才培养的目标，针对该课程在教学中存在的一些问题，重点对理论和实践教学内容、教学手段、教学方法和考核方式4个方面进行了教学改革与探索。教学实践表明，教学质量得到了明显提高，不仅激发了学生对该课程的学习兴趣，而且提高了学生的专业技能与综合素质，为学生就业或创业打下了坚实基础。

Abstract Aquatic animal nutrition and feed science is a core course for aquaculture undergraduate，which has characteristics both theory and practice.In order to meet the needs of professional talents in the modern aquatic feed industry，combined with the goal of cultivating applicationoriented talents in local colleges and universities，and aiming at some problems existed in the teaching of this course，this paper focused on the teaching reform and exploration in four aspects，including theoretical and practical teaching contents，teaching means，teaching methods and assessment methods.Teaching practice proved that the quality of teaching had been obviously improved，which not only stimulated students interests in learning this course，but also improved their professional skills and comprehensive qualities，laying a solid foundation for students employment or entrepreneurship.

课程建设是高等院校教学建设的中心工作之一，也是保证人才培养目标实现的重要举措[1]。湖州师范学院一直将课程建设作为提高教学质量和办学水平的一项基础工程。湖州师范学院水产养殖专业于2014年入选浙江省新兴特色专业，同年进入国家首批“卓越农林人才教育培养计划”改革试点项目，2016年入选浙江省“十三五”优势特色专业，2018年获批水产一级学科硕士学位点。水产动物营养与饲料学作为水产养殖学专业的一门核心课程，随着课程建设的改革推进，其课程教学也需要不断加以改进和完善。

水产动物营养与饲料学主要涉及水产养殖动物的营养生理与需求、原料种类及选择、配方设计、加工工艺、配合饲料质量与安全控制以及饲料投喂技术等。……
