摘要以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深入贯彻党的十九大精神，落实江苏《关于贯彻落实乡村振兴战略的实施意见》有关部署，坚持系统化思维和问题导向，在政校企三方联动的机制下，以江苏省句容市为调查样本开展电商运营情况调研，注重实地走访、案例剖析、统计分析等方法运用，通过电商孵化载体建设和运作，开展“三农”创新服务、开展新型农业经营主体特别是贫困主体的精准培育和典型示范，切实提高小农户电商运营的技能，提升农业经济发展的质量和效益，总结并形成有利于一二三产业融合发展的“互联网+农产品”服务的新模式，为推进地方乡村产业振兴提供新的思路。

Research on Service Innovation of “Internet + Agricultural Products” under Rural Revitalization Strategy

AbstractUnder the guidance of the ideology of socialism with Chinese characteristics proposed by Xi Jinping in the new era， thoroughly implementing the Spirit of the 19th Session of National Congress of the communist party of China and meeting the requirements ofthe strategy of Rural Revitalization in Jiangsu Province， following the principle of systematic thinking and problem orientation， and also under the mechanism of tripartite linkage between government， university and enterprise， we have chosen Jurong City， Jiangsu Province as an sample to carry out an investigation about e-commerce operation. We mainly focused on field survey， case analysis， statistical analysis and so on. On this basis， we continue to make construction and operation of e-commerce incubation platforms so as to provide innovative services for agriculture development， to provide precise training and model demonstrations for new types of agricultural business entities， especially poor ones. As a result， we hope to effectively improve the e-commerce operation skills of farmers， to improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural economic development， and to build a new model of "Internet + agricultural products" service that is conducive to the integrated development of primary， secondary and tertiary industries. All mentioned above would finally help us to provide new ideas for promoting the rural revitalization of local areas.

党的十九大報告中提出乡村振兴战略：要坚持农业农村优先发展，加快推进农业农村现代化。实施乡村振兴战略，首先是乡村产业振兴，这离不开农村电子商务的发展，离不开农村电子商务人才队伍的建设。江苏农林职业技术学院电子商务专业创办于2003年，专业立足自身特点，积极服务农业农村发展，在政校企三方联动机制下，通过创新服务理念，形成了“互联网+农产品”服务的新模式，为推进一二三产业融合发展，推进地方乡村产业振兴提供了新的思路。
