[摘 要]国际经济与贸易专业本科层次的教学中，学生对外贸易实际业务能力的培养至关重要，作为专业主干课，国际结算课程对于提高学生的操作能力、业务能力作用突出。教学中应从教学内容、教学方法、教学体系、考核方式等多角度出发，以学生能力的提高为核心，以贴近业务实际为抓手，以学习过程为主线，进行合理的教学设计，达到预期的教学目标。

Abstract：In the teaching of undergraduate level for major of international economy and trade， applied talents training is a significant target. As the professional backbone courses， the course of International Settlement plays a outstanding role for the students to improve the ability to operate foreign trade business. So to achieve the expected teaching goal， the teacher should reasonably design the teaching content， teaching method， teaching system and the inspection way by taking the improvement of students ability as the core， taking the closing to the business communities in actual as the breakthrough point and taking the learning process as the main line.

一、教学改革的背景

西方的教育理念比较注重创造力的培养。如项目活动是 18 世纪源自欧洲的概念，意思是建设性地解决问题，也就是行为主动的、联系社会和整体性的学习。美国的教育态度是设法教学生们自己去思考，教他们问问题、探讨和发展自身的创造力。20世纪80年代，美国学者Spady正式提出OBE教育理念，随之被美国工程教育认证协会（ ABET） 接受并实施。OBE 教育理念下的课程教学，重视教师教学全过程中的设计，重视学生所学即所得的成果产出，是一种关注社会与企业现实需求，结合不同层次学校学生培养目标与要求，从而决定教学课程体系设计与教学活动安排的思路。加拿大针对就业进行的实践教学近些年一直为教育界所称道。加拿大的教师在职业教育课程中引导学生由简到繁、由易到难、循序渐进地开展实践活动，从而得到清楚的思路、方法和知识脉络。

国际经济与贸易专业的培养目标是培养具有理论分析和实际操作能力的外经贸人才。……
