【摘 要】“实施乡村振兴战略”是党的十九大对“三农”工作作出的重大决策部署。培育新型职业农民、加强农村专业人才队伍建设、发挥科技人才支撑作用是乡村振兴人才支撑的重要组成部分。杭州科技职业技术学院通过共建“乡村振兴学院”，充分发挥市属高校专业紧密度、人才契合度和工作密切度的办学优势，通过人才培养、政策研究、示范建设“三位一体”开展全方面服务工作，打造乡村振兴“现代版富春山居图”的最美示范区。

Practical Research on the Construction of Rural Revitalization College in Higher Vocational Colleges

【Abstract】"Implementing the strategy of rural revitalization" is an important decision-making arrangement made by the Nineteenth National Congress of the Party on the work of "agriculture，countryside and farmers".Cultivating new type of professional farmers，strengthening the construction of rural professionals and giving full play to the supporting role of scientific and technological talents are important components of the support of rural rejuvenation of talents.Hangzhou Polytechnic College through the co-construction of "Rural Revitalization College"，give full play to the advantages of city-affiliated colleges and universities in terms of professional tightness，talent compatibility and work tightness，and carry out all-round service work through the "trinity" of talent training，policy research and demonstration construction，so as to build the most beautiful demonstration area of "modern version of Fuchunshanjutu" for rural revitalization.

“實施乡村振兴战略”[1]是党的十九大做出的重大决策部署。是以习近平同志为核心的党中央着眼党和国家事业全局，深刻把握现代化建设规律和城乡关系变化特征，顺应亿万农民对美好生活的向往，对“三农”工作作出的重大决策部署，是决胜全面建成小康社会、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重大历史任务，是新时代做好“三农”工作的总抓手[2]。

1 乡村振兴学院建设背景

中共中央、国务院《乡村振兴战略规划（2018-2022年）》在强化乡村振兴人才支撑方面作出了具体部署：一是大力培育新型职业农民。二是加强农村专业人才队伍建设。三是发挥科技人才支撑作用。四是鼓励社会各界投身乡村建设。五是创新乡村人才培育引进使用机制[3]。教育部《高等学校乡村振兴科技创新行动计划（2018—2022年）》中也强调，服务乡村振兴发展，完善乡村振兴人才培养模式，加强实践教学体系建设，提升人才培养能力，加快培养不同类型农林人才，打造一支懂农业、爱农村、爱农民的乡村振兴人才队伍。……
