【摘 要】本作品创造性地设计出一种微型疫苗控温箱。该箱包括微型隔热箱体、半导体制冷降温、电热加热和温控电路等部分。通过比较和切换电路及功放电路，分别控制半导体制冷片和加热片的工作状态。实现了在草原和山区等汽车无法通行特殊环境下，满足疫苗低温或冷冻储藏的要求，给防疫及免疫工作带来了极大的便利，同时也有效解决了解放军指战员和武警官兵在野外训练及执行任务中，紧急情况下注射抗蛇毒血清药物、对温度有要求的疫苗和药品的需要。

Study on the Application of Storage Miniature Temperature Control Box in Vaccine Transportation

【Abstract】This device creatively makes a mini-vaccine temperature-controlled box， which includes miniature heat-insulation box， semi-conductor refrigerating and cooling， electric heating and temperature control circuit， etc. With comparing and switching circuits and power amplifier circuits， the working state of the semiconductor refrigerating and heating pieces is controlled respectively. This device meets the requirements of low-temperature or frozen storage of vaccines in the special environment， such as prairie and mountain areas， which brings great convenience to the epidemic prevention and immunization work， and effectively solves the  need for antivenin， vaccines and medicines that require special temperature of the PLA officers and soldiers in field training and executing tasks.

1 作品研究依據

1.1 研究目的和意义

解放军指战员和武警官兵在野外训练及执行任务中常有被毒蛇咬伤的危险，卫生员携带抗蛇毒血清是解救被毒蛇咬伤的最有效方法。此外，计划免疫和预防免疫是国家控制预防传染病的有效措施，在草原或山区常有一些汽车无法通行的地方，往往因无法满足疫苗低温或冷冻储藏与转运的要求，给接种疫苗等防疫工作带来很大的困难。

为保障解放军指战员和武警官兵在野外训练及执行任务时注射抗蛇毒血清药物和疫苗的需要，为能够在偏远山区和草原有效开展疫苗接种工作，克服疫苗恒温保存的困难。针对现有保温箱存在的不足，本作品依据半导体制冷片的基本原理、相关热学和电学等知识，设计一种成本低、结构简单的微型控温保温箱，为满足防疫人员随身携带疫苗提供方便。……
