摘  要：儿童是祖国的花朵，中国的每一个机构、每一个组织，都有义务无条件的为儿童创造良好的生存、教育环境，保障他们的生命健康。儿科护理学是全面保障小儿时期身心发育、保健、疾病预防和治疗的一门专科护理学，凡儿童和青少年所涉及的健康、卫生、疾病问题，都属于儿科护理学的范畴。一直以来，儿科的护理工作都是教育领域、医疗领域乃至社会所共同关注的问题，作为儿科护理人员，应该具备耐心、责任心、职业心等高素质理念，基于此，文章探究儿科护理教学中对护生人文关怀理念的有效培养措施。

Abstract： Children are the flowers of the motherland. Every institution and every organization in China has the obligation to create a good living and educational environment for children and protect their health. Pediatric Nursing is a specialized nursing school that comprehensively guarantees physical and mental development， health care， disease prevention and treatment in children. The health， hygiene and disease problems involved in children and adolescents belong to the category of pediatric nursing. Pediatric nursing work has always been a common concern in the field of education， medical field and society. As a pediatric nursing staff， we should have high-quality concepts such as patience， responsibility and professionalism. Based on this， this article explores pediatric nursing teaching. Effective training measures for the concept of nursing students' human care.

护理是医疗服务的重要工作内容，对于任何一个护理人员，人文关怀的理念和精神，都是其必备的素质之一。人文关怀，就是对人的生存状况、尊严的关怀，是对符合人性的生活条件的一种肯定，更是人类生存和发展过程中一种解放和对自由的追求。人文关怀从广义上来说，所关注的点在于人的生存与发展，核心在于关心人、爱护人、尊重人;但从微观角度来说，其能够细化到各个领域，根据各领域的职能不同，所面对的对象不同，人文关怀所体现的效果也不同。美国护理理论家Leininger早在1975年就提出“人文关怀是护理学的本质”的观点，在儿科护理学教学实践过程中，应该有意识的培养和提升护生的人文关怀理念、人文关怀精神，其不仅体现了对少儿身心健康的关怀，也是培养高素质儿科护理人才，促进护理服务方面向现代化、国际化发展的重要任务[1]。……
