摘  要：结合作者的工作经验，作者论述了谈心谈话是高校辅导员必须履行的岗位职责，是辅导员有效开展学生工作的最常用的方式，是辅导员全面了解学生情况的一项基本工作。它能增强学生对辅导员的认同感，更能使辅导员提升师生的信任度。它是评判辅导员工作能力的指标，可以提高辅导员的良好形象。

Abstract： Based on the author's work experience， the author discusses that the heart-to-heart conversation is a job responsibility that college counselors must perform， and is the most common way for counselors to effectively carry out student work. It is a basic task for counselors to fully understand the situation of students. It can enhance students' sense of identity with the counselors，and it can also enhance the trust of teachers and students. It is an index to judge the work ability of counselors and improve their good image.

習近平总书记指出：“人才培养，关键在教师。”高校辅导员是高校教师的重要组成部分。要建设高素质高校辅导员队伍，要搞好学生工作，辅导员首先要学会和学生沟通，而沟通的最佳媒介就是谈话，更要谈到学生的心坎上，因此叫谈心谈话。本文论述的“谈心谈话”专指高校辅导员工作中辅导员与学生的谈心谈话。谈心谈话在高校辅导员工作中有着至关重要的作用。

一、什么叫高校辅导员工作中的谈心谈话

高校辅导员在工作中的谈心谈话特指辅导员在开展学生思想政治教育工作和履行岗位职责基本要求的工作用语。

二、高校辅导员工作中的谈心谈话的等级

高校辅导员工作中的谈心谈话分为三个等级：初级为谈话，中级为谈心谈话，高级为深度谈心谈话。初级谈话指辅导员和学生进行的一般性的或礼节性的聊天。谈心谈话是指辅导员和学生谈亲密的心里话。深度谈心谈话是指辅导员和学生进行有思想政治教育深度并且要达到解决学生具体问题的谈话。……
