摘  要：党建工作的开展为大学生党员起着重要的团结凝聚作用，承担着对学生重要的思想政治教育工作，在目前移动互联网快速发展的时代背景下，高校传统的党建工作面临着较大的挑战，增加了高校党建工作的难度。由此高校可以积极加强党建工作线上线下的整合，利用移动互联网拓宽党建工作传播领域，利用移动互联网开展高校党员教育工作，优化高校基层党组织管理，进行党建工作核心价值观引领并开展高校党建民主管理，充分采取多种方式促进党建工作的有效推进。

Abstract： The development of party building plays an important role in unity and cohesion for college students， and bears important ideological and political education for students. Under the current era of rapid development of mobile Internet， the traditional party building work in colleges and universities are facing greater challenges， increasing the difficulty of party building work in colleges and universities. From this colleges and universities can actively strengthen the online and offline integration of party building work， use the mobile Internet to broaden the communication field of party building work， use the mobile Internet to carry out the education of party members in colleges and universities， optimize the management of grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities， and carry out the core values of party building work to lead and carry out party building democracy in colleges and universities， taking a variety of ways to promote effective advance of party construction.

党建工作的开展能够为高校培养具有扎实思想政治理论与坚定社会主义发展方向的人才，这也是高校教育工作开展的重要目标。党的十九大报告以来，对高校党建教育工作提出了较高的要求，同时也为高校党建教育工作的开展提供了行动纲领与思想指南。大学生党员是党员队伍中的重要力量与新鲜血液，在对大学生开展党建工作过程中具有其自身的发展优势，对互联网的有效利用是其中的重要方式之一，要求高校充分把握互联网带来的机遇与挑战，积极为学生创造多种工作方式，有效探索新的工作发展思路，目前移动互联网快速发展的时代背景为高校党建工作的开展提供了新的工具与工作方式。
