摘 要： 对校园内大学生实践模式开展了研究，发现传统模式存在目标定位不明确、实践教学体系不完整、科研创新发展基金不充足等问题，导致学生实践效率较低。对此，提出了基于“互联网+”的大学生科技创新实践模式建设。分析“互联网+”与教育之间的关系，并对实践模式建设必要性展开研究，由此建设大学生科技创新电子信息实践模式。分析实践结果可知，该模式最高实践效率可达到95%，为学生在校内实践能力提高奠定基础。

Abstract： Based on the research on the practice mode of college students in the campus， the traditional mode has some problems such as unclear target positioning， incomplete practice teaching system， and inadequate fund for scientific research and innovation development， which result in low efficiency of students' practice. Therefore， the construction of scientific and technological innovation practice mode based on “Internet +” is put forward. This paper analyzes the relationship between “Internet +” and education， and studies the necessity of establishing the practice mode. It thereby constructs the practice mode of electronic information for university students. The results of the case analysis show that the highest practical efficiency of the model can reach 95%， which lays a foundation for the improvement of students' practical ability outside school.

0 引言

全球化经济不断推进，高校教学管理体系的改革对大学生科技创新能力带来了严峻挑战。目前，我国大学生科技创新实践模式存在一些问题：

（1） 网络技术尚未全面应用到科技创新实践当中，面对工作量大、人为操作速度慢的问题，工作效率受到了严重影响;（2） 大学生们实际动手能力较差，有一部分工作人员的实践能力仍达不到基本要求;（3） 经济效益无法得到保障，在电子信息维护过程中，大学生并没有对其进行全面维护，影响信息的可靠性[1]。

由于我国高校大学生科技创新起步较晚，对于校内科技创新实践模式建设，高校还存在目標定位不明确、实践教学体系不完整、科研创新发展基金不充足等问题，采用传统实践模式，缺少合理创业创新能力，存在许多亟需解决的问题，为此，提出了基于“互联网+”的大学生科技创新实践模式建设[2]。……
