摘 要：微课是现代教育技术发展的产物，对高等教育课程开发建设具有重要的意义。本文结合转型高校食品类专业课程建设中微课体系优化及应用的实际需求，调查分析了微課开发利用过程中存在的问题并分析其成因，讨论了微课体系化在课程建设中的定位和选择，并提出微课在课程建设中的体系优化策略。

Abstract：Micro-course is the product of the development of modern educational technology， which is of great significance to the development and construction of higher education curriculum. Based on the actual needs of the optimization and application of micro-course system in the course construction of food specialty in transforming universities， this paper investigateed and analyseed the problems existing in the construction and utilization of micro-course and its causes. It discusseed the orientation and choice of micro-course systematization in curriculum construction， and put forward the system optimization strategy of micro-course in curriculum construction.

近年来，微课建设成为高等教育领域课程改革普遍重视的问题，微课是顺应现代信息科学技术尤其是现代教育技术的发展，根据学生现有的知识水平和知识结构，将课程内容、课程实施过程以及学习素材“碎片化”的数字资源体系[1]。微课在高校课程改革中已经取得了良好的效果，深受学习者的喜爱，学习内容的“碎片化”能够更直观、更准确、更容易为学习者接受，但对于学习者知识体系的构建以及后续学习也会产生一系列问题，因此，要准确处理微课课程建设过程中学习内容“碎片化”和“体系化”的关系，以有利于学生学习为原则，正确把握微课在专业课程建设中的体系优化和选择应用;本文以转型高校食品类专业课程建设中的微课体系优化和应用策略为例来探讨这一问题。

1 转型高校食品类专业课程微课建设现状

1.1 现状调查

以吉林工商学院、吉林农业科技学院、白城师范学院3所转型高校食品类专业微课建设情况为调查对象[2]，调查问卷设定问题54个，围绕“微课在课程建设中的作用如何？……
