摘 要：在当今社会，食品安全问题频繁发生，各大企业食品存在安全隐患的问题不断被报道。因此，食品安全质量以及如何对食品安全进行检测成为了人们关注的重点。对食品安全进行技术检测，主要是通过化学手段来实现，但是随着科学技术的不断发展，化学检测技术的弊端不断显现，因此如何完善化学检测技术成为技术领域需要攻克的难题。

Abstract：Food safety problems occur frequently in todays society， and there are constant news reports that food safety risks exist in major enterprises. Therefore， food safety quality and how to detect food safety have become the focus of attention. Technical detection of food safety is mainly realized through chemical means. However， with the continuous development of science and technology， the disadvantages of chemical detection technology are constantly emerging. Therefore， how to improve chemical detection technology has become a difficult problem to be solved in the technical field.

食品是维持人们正常生存的基础，与人们的健康安全息息相关，存在问题的食品甚至会对人们的生命安全造成影响。因此，要想保证人们日常摄入的食品安全，必须要对食品严加管控，加强食品安全检测工作，不断应用食品安全检测技术来促进检测工作的进行，只有这样才能够保证食品质量安全，为人们提供放心的食品。目前，我国对食品安全进行检测应用的技术是化学分析技术，随着科学领域的不断发展，化学分析技术也有了进步，各种安全检测仪器不断出现，提高了食品安全检测工作的效率和质量，为人们的生命健康安全提供了坚实的保障。
