【摘 要】高职院校英语信息化教学是建立在互联网等现代教育技术基础上的新型教学方法，能够有效弥补传统教学方式的不足支出，提高教学效果，激发学生学习兴趣，对于高职院校英语教学起着重要作用。当前，高职公共英语信息化教学中存在信息化教学管理制度缺失、教师信息化教学能力有待提升、学生对信息化教学配合程度低等问题。此文对此作了详细分析并提出了合理的对策，即创建完善的信息化教学管理制度、加强教师信息化教学的培训力度、激励学生积极参与信息化教学。

【Abstract】Based on modern educational technologies like the Internet，English informative teaching at higher vocational colleges is a brand new teaching approach，in which we can efficiently minimize the deficiencies and improve the efficiencies resulting in increased motivation in students.And it is rather essential in teaching process.Currently in the course of the teaching are there several problems remaining，that is，the inadequacy of regulative system of English informative teaching，the substandard levels of teachersinformative teaching，and the poor cooperation of students in teaching activities.Thus，this paper offered a detailed analysis on some reasonable solutions to it，in which we should establish complete and exact regulative systems，strengthen the training of informative teaching，and encourage the students to actively join in the process as well.

0 引言

《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010-2012）》明确指出：“信息技术对教育发展具有革命性作用，要把教育信息化纳入国家信息化发展整体战略，提供更加丰富的优质教育资源，改革教学内容、方法、手段，提高教育现代化水平。”信息化技术的不断发展，给英语教学改革带来了新的曙光。虽然我国的信息化教学起步晚，但发展势头良好，全国很多高职院校都在积极探索适合自身实际的信息化教学模式。高职英语的发展本来就非常依赖于学习英语理论，更新英语教育观念，信息化教学的概念恰好契合了高职英语教育从讲授型传统模式到以学生为中心甚至是翻转型模式的轉变。此文就是在信息化教学背景下，利用现代信息技术所提供的智能化、个性化和多元化学习模式，探究高职院校英语教学，以期突破难题，促进和实现英语有效学习。……
