【摘要】 目的：分析专病一体化护理对老年代谢综合征（MS）患者营养干预效果的影响。方法：抽取70例老年代谢综合征患者作为研究对象，病例资料进行回顾，以不同的护理方案将70例患者分为对照组和试验组，每组35例。对照组行常规护理，试验组实施专病一体化护理，对比两组营养学相关指标变化情况、营养健康知识掌握情況、营养状况、生活质量评分。结果：试验组白蛋白、前白蛋白、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、甘油三酯均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组营养健康知识掌握情况、生活质量评分均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组营养良好率（94.3%）高于对照组（71.4%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：专病一体化护理用于老年代谢综合征患者中，既能改善营养学相关指标，还可以提高营养健康知识掌握情况、营养良好率，从而提高患者生活质量，临床应用价值较高，值得推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of integrated disease-specific nursing on the nutritional intervention of elderly patients with metabolic syndrome（MS）.Method：Seventy elderly patients with metabolic syndrome were enrolled as the study subjects.The case data were reviewed.70 patients were divided into control group and experimental group with different nursing programs，35 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，and the experimental group implemented integrated disease-specific nursing.The changes of nutrition-related indicators，nutritional health knowledge，nutritional status，and quality of life scores were compared.Result：The albumin，prealbumin，fasting blood glucose，postmeal blood glucose and TG in the experimental group were better than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The health knowledge of nutrition and health of the test group was superior to that of the control group，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.The rate of good nutrition in the experimental group（94.3%） was significantly higher than that in the control group（71.4%），the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Integrated disease-specific nursing for elderly patients with metabolic syndrome can not only improve nutrition-related indicators，but also improve nutritional health knowledge and good nutrition rate，thereby improving patients quality of life，and the clinical application value is high.

代谢综合征（MS）是因患者机体内碳水化合物、蛋白质、脂肪等物质出现代谢性紊乱的一种病理性症状，是一种较为复杂的代谢性紊乱症候群，同时其也是引起心脑血管病、糖尿病的主要危险因素，具有多种代谢紊乱于一身、共同的病理基础、增加多种疾病、共同的治疗与预施措施的特点，并以高血糖、腹部肥胖或超重、脂代谢异常等为主要臨床表现，不仅影响患者身心健康，还对患者生活质量产生严重影响[1-3]。在老年代谢综合征临床治疗中，因患者与家属对病情不了解，易在治疗中出现不良反应，如生理不良反应、心理不良反应等，降低身心舒适感，从而影响治疗与预后效果[4]。因此，给予老年代谢综合征患者专病一体化护理非常重要。专病一体化护理是老年代谢综合征患者在治疗过程中采用的一种管理模式，以改善患者不良的生活与行为习惯为主要目的，努力提高患者生活质量[5]。……
