【摘要】 目的：观察健康教育在经尿道手术治疗良性前列腺增生中的应用及对患者炎症反应发生的影响。方法：在笔者所在医院2017年9月-2019年2月收治的良性前列腺增生患者中选取120例，数字表法分为两组，对照组采用经尿道手术治疗进行常规护理，研究组采用经尿道手术治疗进行常规护理和健康教育，对比两组临床指标、炎症因子、并发症发生率及满意度。结果：研究组导尿管留置时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组满意度（93.4%）高于对照组（88.3%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;研究组术后各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在经尿道手术治疗良性前列腺增生中采用健康教育，可以提高患者的配合度，减轻炎症反应，因此临床上应进一步的推广与应用。

Application of Health Education in Treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia by Transurethral Surgery and Its Influence on Inflammatory Reaction in Patients with Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia/YAO Yanfei.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（27）：-180

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the application of health education in transurethral surgery for benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and its effect on inflammatory reaction.Method：A total of 120 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2019 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with transurethral surgery for routine nursing.The patients in the study group were treated with transurethral surgery for routine nursing and health education.The clinical indexes，inflammatory factors，incidence of complications and satisfaction were compared.Result：The indwelling time and hospitalization time of catheter in the study group were shorter than those in the control group （P<0.05）.The satisfaction rate of the study group（93.4%） was higher than that of the control group （88.3%），the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）.The complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group（P<0.05）.The levels of various inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than that in the control group （P<0.05）.Conclusion：The application of health education in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia by transurethral surgery can improve the matching degree of the patients and reduce the inflammatory reaction，so it should be further popularized and applied in clinical practice.

良性前列腺增生在臨床上极为常见，临床上在进行前列腺的组织学检查中发现60～90岁的男性中出现增生现象的比例为100%，部分患者在检查出良性前列腺增生时还发现患有心、脑、肺等其他疾病，导致患者的耐受性差，增加临床处理的难度，延长患者的病程[1]。目前，良性前列腺增生的治疗方法有很多，这些治疗方法中经尿道手术的治疗效果最好，其相对于传统的开放性手术来说能够缩短手术时间，对患者造成的创伤小，患者恢复时间短。在治疗良性前列腺增生中为了增加患者的保健意识，提高治疗的依从性，需要在治疗期间加强对患者的健康教育[2]。本研究在经尿道手术治疗良性前列腺增生中进行健康教育，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
