电生理检测在上肢神经损伤中的应用进展

【摘要】 随着医学技术和医疗设备的不断发展,电生理检测方法在诊断上肢神经损伤中的应用也越来越广泛,电生理检测在上肢神经损伤的治疗中具有十分重要的地位,因此探究其应用进展具有重要的临床研究意义。然而,对于电生理检测在上肢神经损伤治疗的规范性研究开展较少,对于不同的神经损伤类型其发生机制及进展的影响也各不相同。因此,本文通过阐述电生理检测臂丛神经损伤、尺神经损伤、桡神经损伤、产瘫和手术过程中的电生理检测,进而分析电生理检测在上肢神经损伤中的应用进展,而为改善临床中护理方式提供一定的理论依据。

【Abstract】 With the development of medical technology and medical equipment,the application of electrophysiological detection methods in the diagnosis of upper limb nerve injury is extensive,and electrophysiological detection plays an important role in the treatment of upper limb nerve injury.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to explore the progress of electrophysiological detection.However,there are few normative studies on the treatment of upper limb nerve injury by electrophysiological detection,and the effects of electrophysiological detection on the pathogenesis and progress of different types of nerve injury are also different.Therefore,this paper elaborates the electrophysiological detection of brachial plexus injury,ulnar nerve injury,radial nerve injury,obstetric paralysis and surgical process,and then analyses the application progress of electrophysiological detection in upper limb nerve injury,and provides a theoretical basis for improving clinical nursing methods.

近年來由于受到各类因素的影响,人体出现上肢神经损伤的情况日趋增多。有大量临床治疗病例显示,患有上肢神经损伤的病人由于无法得到及时的治疗或医院误诊,结果导致治疗无法达到预期效果,甚至导致患者残疾,从心理和生理上严重影响患者的健康,进而使患者无法进行正常的工作、社交活动[1]。临床相关研究表明,较为常见的上肢神经损伤主要可以包括臂丛神经损伤、桡神经损伤、肌皮神经损伤、尺神经损伤、腋神经损伤以及正中神经损伤等[2]。随着医学技术和医疗设备的不断发展,电生理检测方法在诊断上肢神经损伤中的应用也越来越广泛。首先,采取电生理检测的方法能够准确判断神经损伤的发生部位以及做出定性诊断。……
