【摘 要】 目的：医院的中药制剂是医疗工作者在实践过程中发展起来的，是对中医临床实践的总结。通过分析医院的中药制剂现状并提出相关发展对策，可以保护好、发展好医院的中药制剂。方法：本文通过文献研究法分析广东省目前的医院中药制剂现状并提出相关发展对策。结果：通过分析发现广东省医院中药制剂在发展过程中遇到的问题：政策门槛高，审批难度大，使用范围受限，定价机制滞后；医院在制剂室方面的管理模式较落后；医院在新药开发能力方面较弱等。结论：建议广东省省主管部门搭建交易平台，制订鼓励政策，有目的的对医院中药制剂研发加大投入，医院与企业紧密合作，形成以“企业为主、医院为辅”的中药制剂开发局面，推动医院中药制剂转化为新药，推上市场，推动中医药事业发展的同时推动经济发展。

Abstract：Objective The traditional Chinese medicine preparation in hospital is the development of medical workers in practice， and it is the summary of clinical practice of TCM. By analyzing the present situation of traditional Chinese medicine preparations in hospitals and proposing relevant development strategies， the author makes a contribution to protect and develop TCM preparations in hospitals.Methods In this paper， the present situation of TCM preparations in hospitals in Guangdong province is analyzed by literature review method.Results The problems encountered in the development of TCM preparations in Guangdong Provincial Hospital were analyzed：The policy threshold is high， the approval difficulty isbig， the use scope was limited， the pricing mechanism lagged， the hospital management mode in the preparation room was backward， and the hospital was weaker in the new drug development ability.Conclusion Itis suggested that provincial competent departments of Guangdong province should set up trading platform， to formulate a policy of encouragement， to devote more effort to the research and development of traditional Chinese medicine preparation in hospitals， to cooperate closely with enterprises， to form the development situation of Chinese traditional medicine preparation with "enterprise as the main and hospital as supplement"， to promote the transformation of traditional Chinese medicine preparation into new drugs， to push the market promote the development of Chinese medicine and promote economic development.

2006年《中共廣东省委广东省人民政府关于建设中医药强省的决定》提出了广东省未来会以振兴我省的中医药事业为重，发展中医药事业，弘扬中医药文化。建设广东省中医药强省已提出了十年，要让我省的中医药事业更发展得顺利，在这个阶段有必要重新评估一下近几年的发展情况。发展中医药事业涉及方方面面，其中医院中药制剂的情况也能反映我省中医药事业的发展情况。

1 广东省的医院中药制剂发展背景及现状
