【摘 要】随着社会逐渐趋向于现代化，为建筑行业中超高层建筑的稳定发展注入了新鲜的活力。本文就基于以上因素，对超高层建筑实现绿色的低碳发展的思考及实践进行相关概述，旨在切实提升超高层建筑结构的质量以及节能性，以期能够为从事建筑方面的工作人员提供帮助。

Consideration and practice of realizing green and low-carbon development based on supertall buildings

【Abstract】with the gradual modernization of the society， the stable development of supertall buildings in the construction industry has been injected with fresh vitality. In this paper， based on the above factors， the tall building to realize green low carbon development thinking and practice in related overview， to effectively improve the quality of tall building structures and energy saving， so as to be able to work in the construction of personnel to provide help.

0 前言

在社会主义市场经济与科技水平已然实现稳定发展的背景下，国民对于自身居住环境的生态性也提出了更高的需求。因此这就需要相关建筑管理部门能够在保证超高层建筑工程的质量前提下，充分结合绿色低碳理念，对原有超高层建筑设计方案及施工模式进行不断的完善与优化，并在促进超高层建筑全面建设转型的工作中不断积累经验，吸取教训，为从根本上推进建筑行业的可持续发展奠定坚实的基础。

1 超高层建筑的相关概述

从广义上来讲，超高层建筑主要就是指建筑实际层数达到40层、高度达到100米以上的建筑[1]。同时在《民用建筑设计通则》中指出，凡是超过100米的建筑，无论是公共建筑还是民用建筑，均视为超高层建筑，应在其设计与施工阶段予以高度的重视，对其后期质量及使用情况进行严格的监管。

2 现阶超高层建筑的发展现状分析

就目前来看，我国城市化规模正处于稳定增长之中，同时为有效缓解人口数量与土地资源之间存在的矛盾，开发并推广超高层建筑建设项目也已成为建筑行业进一步鞏固与夯实自身在社会主义市场经济中占据重要地位的重要战略之一。……
