摘 要：河南高校移动图书馆的发展已经过多年探索性发展，既积累了一定经验，也发现一些问题。本文以河南省高校移动图书馆为研究对象，通过调查分析当前河南省高校移动图书馆的发展情况，提出了移动图书馆发展过程中存在的问题，并提出相应的对策，为移动图书馆的建设提供依据。

Analysis on the Current Situation of College and University Mobile Library in Henan

Abstract： College and university mobile library in Henan has been explored and developed for many years. It has not only accumulated some experience but also found some problems. This paper took Henan Provincial college and university mobile library as the research object， through investigation and analysis of the current development situation of Henan Provincial college and university mobile library， put forward the existing problems in the development process of mobile library， and the corresponding countermeasures， to provide a basis for the construction of mobile library.

当今时代是移动互联网络的时代，随着信息技术和网络技术的大量应用，图书信息管理的理念将迎来新的变革。在高校内，图书馆作为高等院校的知识储备中心，为高校教学和科研提供服务，在高等学校教育体系中占据重要的一环。网络资源越来越受到省内高校图书馆服务的青睐，图书资源的数字化、移动化将是未来河南高校图书馆重要的发展方向。虽然目前河南高校图书馆的移动化和数字化在不断推进，而且一些发展较快的学校都推出了自身设计的移动APP，但总体而言，受制于整体设计不明晰和资金的问题，河南高校移动图书馆的建立还面临很多的问题。

1 需求分析

1.1 为满足“碎片化”阅读的需要

学生作为高等院校图书的主要阅读群体，他们的阅读模式也呈现碎片化、休闲化的趋势，需要学校图书馆为其提供便于阅读的资源。当今社会已经进入移动互联的时代，各种移动设备（如手机、iPad、电子书、笔记本）在大学校园里随处可见，校园WiFi、手机移动通信已经达到校园全覆盖。……
