【摘 要】近几年，经济社会高速发展，科技水平不断提高，企业在调整自身发展战略的同时，也进一步完善了企业管理中的各项制度规范。基于此，论文对企业管理中激励制度的应用方面进行了阐述。首先，论文简单论述了激励制度的主要内容；其次，分析了激励制度对企业管理的影响；最后，探讨了企业管理中激励制度的具体应用。总之，希望通过论文的论述，能够为改善企业管理方式，提高管理水准，提供有价值的参考。

【Abstract】In recent years， the economy and society are developing rapidly， and the level of science and technology is improving. While adjusting their own development strategy， enterprises have further perfected various regulations in business management. Based on this， this paper expatiates on the application of incentive system in enterprise management. Firstly， this paper discusses the main contents of incentive system. Secondly， the influence of incentive system on enterprise management is analyzed. Finally， the application of incentive system in enterprise management is discussed. In conclusion， we hope that through the discussion of this article， we can provide valuable reference for improving enterprise management mode and raising management standard.

1 引言

随着经济社会的不断发展，为企业带来更多机遇的同时，给企业发展带来的挑战也不容小觑。为了能够保障企业的可持续发展，在企业运营的过程中会制定各种制度及规范，对企业生产管理中的一些行为进行约束。其中，激励制度就是约束企业员工的重要因素。企业员工是完成各项工作任务及保证企业生产正常进行的主体。因此，必须对其工作方式及行为进行规范，保证其对企业发展的正面影响。下面，本文对企业管理中激励制度的实际应用进行阐述。

2 激励制度的相关概述

激励制度主要由“激励”与“制度”两个部分组成。其中，“激励”主要是指在企业的管理过程中，对员工采取鼓励、激发，或是用利益进行诱导的方式，规范员工的行为，使其符合企业的发展理念。

换言之，企业通过设置一定的奖励机制，或是改善员工工作环境的方式，使员工的工作行为符合其岗位特征。……
