[摘要] 精细化管理不但是一种管理方法，而且是一种现代管理理念。其在医院内涵式发展中的应用主要依据外部环境和内部条件的综合平衡，确立在一定时间预定达到的成果，并制订出总目标，为实现该目标而进行组织、激励、控制和检查。北京儿童医院内涵式发展的模式要求提高医疗资源利用效率，降低患者负担。本研究首先概述精细化管理的内涵，阐述大型专科医院实施精细化管理的现实意义，探讨大型专科医院精细化管理体系的模型，提出以精细化管理撬动儿童医院内涵式发展的措施。其中，突出专业化建设，是精细化管理的前提条件；加强信息化建设，是精细化管理的有效手段；建立“量化”管理文化，是精细化管理的必经之路；打造精品文化，是精细化管理的升级保障；助力分级诊疗的实施，是精细化管理的创新举措。

[Abstract] Fine management is not only a management method， but also a modern management concept. The application in the hospital connotation development is to establish the predetermined result achieved in a certain period of time by according the external environment and internal conditions， and to develop the overall goal， and it needs some method for realizing the goal of organization， incentive， control and inspection. The connotation development mode of Beijing Children′s Hospital asked for improving the utilization efficiency of medical resources and reducing the burden of patients. This paper firstly introduces the meaning of fine management， expounds the practical meaning of implementing large-scale hospital fine management， discusses the fine management system of large-scale hospital model， puts forward based on the connotation of fine management leveraging development measures. The outstanding professional construction is a prerequisite for fine management， strengthening the construction of information technology is an effective means of meticulous management， establishment of "quantitative" management culture is the only way which must be passed of fine management， building quality culture is the fine management to upgrade security， and helping implement grading diagnosis and treatment is the innovation of fine management.

在“新醫改”的背景下，大型专科医院的发展在面临重大机遇的同时也面临着严峻的挑战。北京儿童医院（以下简称“我院”）在“新医改”的背景下面临诸多管理难题，如何在政府投入有限的情况下，维持我院的正常运转，保证医院公益性和创收之间的和谐统一，是当前医院管理者需要深思的[1-3]。精细化管理是运用数据化、程序化、标准化的手段，使组织管理各单元精确、持续、高效、协同运行[4-5]。精细化管理是医院综合管理的客观要求，是医院管理的重要方法和实现医学科学现代化的基本前提之一，也是医学科学技术日益发展的必然趋势[6-8]。……
