[摘要] 医院精神是医院发展的软实力，是增强医院凝聚力、文化感召力、整合多元价值观念，以及深入推动医药分开综合改革顺利实施的重要手段和途径。随着医院内外环境的不断变化和时代的不断发展，必须与时俱进，不断丰富和完善医院精神。文章以首都医科大学宣武医院为例，介绍了在新的时代背景和管理要求下，与时俱进涵养医院精神的必要性、实践探索、取得的成效以及经验思考。

[Abstract] Hospital spirit is the soft power of hospital development and the important way to enhance the hospital cohesion and cultural charisma as well as integrate multiple value concept and further promote smoothly the implementation of comprehensive reform of medicine separation. With the changing environment inside and outside the hospital and the continuous development of the times， we must advance with time， enrich and perfect the hospital spirit. Taking Xuanwu Hospital Capital Medical University as an example， the paper introduces the necessity of conserving hospital spirit， practice exploration， results and thinking experience with the background of new era and management requirements.

医院精神是医院在整个医疗活动过程中，为谋求自身的生存和发展而长期形成的，并为医务人员和广大群众所认同的一种健康、向上的群体认识[1]。它的形成是一个长期的系统过程，是普遍性与共同性、稳定性与动态性、继承性与创新性的有机融合，既包括一个医院在长期历史发展中所凝结而成的医院精神，如医院的院训、愿景、核心价值观等，也包括一个医院基于不同时代背景和发展状况所形成的时代精神。前者是一个医院办院理念、办院特色、文化底蕴和传统精神的集中体现[2]，是相对稳定的。后者则是一个医院发展创新的时代反映，是不断发展变化的。二者相互联系、相互作用，共同构成了医院精神的核心内容。因此，随着环境的变化和形势的不断发展，必须与时俱进，不断涵养和丰富医院精神。

在长期的医疗实践中形成并不断发展的医院精神，对医院和医疗卫生事业的发展有着深远的影响，发挥着重要的功能。……
