[摘要] 人才是一所医院的核心资源，青年人才的培养是实施“科教兴院、人才强院”战略和实现医院可持续发展的关键。本文分析了医院青年人才可持续发展中存在的问题，调查了安徽省某三甲专科医院2012～2017年青年人才培养情况，包括探索并制订青年人才发展规划，完善人才制度，分批次陆续引进大量中青年技术骨干，在院内甄选首批青年人才等。通过对青年人才的开发与管理，完善了专科医院人力资源管理、学科建设与亚专科建设，使医院职工的积极性和整体素质明显提高，青年人才队伍不斷优化壮大，医院综合实力稳步提高。

[Abstract] The talent is the core source of a hospital. Cultivation of young talent is the key to implement the strategy of developing the hospital by science， education and talents， and achieve the sustainable development of hospital. This article analyzes the existing problems from the sustainable development of young talents. From 2012 to 2017， this article has investigated the training situation of young talents in a third-grade class-A special special hospital in Anhui Province， including explore and formulate the developing plan of young talents， improve the talent system， introduce a lot of young and middle-aged technical backbones in batch， and selecte the first batch of young and middle-aged talents in hospital. After management， the human resource management， disciplinary development and subspeciality of special hospital have been improved， the activity and whole quality of hospital staffs has been enhanced clearly， the group of young talents has been further optimized and strengthened， and the comprehensive strength of hospital improved.

青年人才是医院可持续发展的主力军，培养和造就一批杰出的青年人才是提高三甲专科医院诊疗质量和技术水平的关键所在。自2012年起，笔者所在的安徽省肿瘤医院（以下简称“我院”）实施中青年人才选拔和培养计划，制订青年人才培养方案，取得了良好的效果。2004年我院正式挂牌成为安徽省三甲专科医院，隶属于安徽省某医院集团，又称为省立医院集团西区[1-2]，由此完成了从社会型医院向教学型、研究型医院迈进的历史性跨越。2017年4月，安徽省率先启动了城市公立医院改革综合试点。新医改政策当前正如火如荼的进行，而深入分析医院青年人才队伍建设中的问题，拓宽青年成才渠道，以及如何建立和培养优秀青年人才，促进专科医院快速发展，是医院管理者所面临的时代难题。……
