摘 要：校企合作是高职院校发展中不可或缺的一种模式，也是高职院校提升自我竞争力的主要途径，在培养学生创新实践能力方面起到了至关重要的作用。也成为高职院校培养创新人才的摇篮的重要组成。因此构建和完善校企合作创新机制，对于高职院校培育创新人才具有现实而重要的意义。

On the Innovation of Cooperation between Colleges and Enterprises in Higher Vocational Colleges

Abstract：School-enterprise cooperation is an indispensable model in the development of higher vocational colleges， which is also the main way to enhance self-competitiveness of higher vocational colleges， and it plays a vital role in cultivating students innovative and practical ability. It also becomes an important component of the cradle of cultivating innovative talents in higher vocational colleges. Therefore， it is of realistic and important significance to cultivate innovative talents in vocational colleges by constructing and perfecting the cooperation mechanism between colleges and enterprises.

在大众创业，万众创新的背景下，国家对创新人才要求逐步提高，高职院校作为培养操作应用型人才的摇篮和重要场所，在培养学生创新理念和创新实践方面起到至关重要的作用。产学研校企合作模式则是目前实现国家培养创新人才十分有效而重要的途径。高职院校只有针对校企合作创新运行的特征，构建和完善校企合作创新机制，才能促进高职教育的不断完善和发展。

高职教育关注学生动手操作技能，培养新时代大国工匠，直接关注学生的就业和职业发展，以学生为主体，提供优质服务进一步提升高職院校影响力。培养创新型人才不仅很大程度上解决高校毕业生就业难的问题，也成为学生未来的发展提供坚实而可靠的保障。在一定程度上不仅能够进行顺利就业，也能够进行自主创业。

1 校企合作的现状

目前高职院校各专业都存在校企合作模式，但是目前校企合作只是留于表面形式，学生只是单纯的在企业进行操作实践，不涉及任何创新创业培训。……
