摘 要：该文站在法律人才培养的角度，就高校法学专业实践教学模式的构建展开了深入研究。首先在对高校法学专业实践教学模式构建的意义进行简单概述的基础上，对其当前实践教学体系构建过程中存在的诸多问题进行了深入探讨，并详细介绍了高校法学专业实践教学模式的构建路径。希望借助以下研究对进一步推进我国高校法学专业教学改革的深入化发展一定的帮助。

Abstract：this article stands in the Angle of legal talent training of university legal science specialized practice teaching model construction carried out in-depth research. 在當前教学改革的大势所趋之下，实践教学逐渐成为高校各专业新时期教学改革的重点方向，这其中同样也包括了作为我国高校教学体系重要组成部分的法学专业。高校不仅承担着为我国社会各界输送法律人才的重要责任，其教学体系的构建、教学内容的选取更是在一定程度上决定了法律人才质量的高低。实际的法律工作不仅仅涉及到了法律知识、条文，更需要法律工作者能够具备充足的实践能力，有效地对实际法律问题进行分析，对法律纠纷进行解决。与此同时，由于受传统教育理念的影响和各方面因素的限制，导致高校在构建法学专业实践教学模式的过程中面临着很多困难需要加以解决。为此，作为法学教育工作者的我们而言，必须要对法学专业实践教学的开展提起足够的重视，将法学专业实践教学模式的构建作为高校未来法学专业教学改革的新方向和重点任务。……
