摘 要 提出在数控实践教学过程中积极采用案例教学法，以校企合作为依托，结合数控实践教学特点，研究将企业生产典型零件的数控加工分成若干个案例，各个案例包含的知识点由浅入深、循序渐进，融入数控实践教学中，对数控教学法进行探索改革。分别从校企合作、教师队伍、辅助软件、安全教育、教材等多方面进行细化优化，对不合理之处进行改进，从而提高数控实践教学水平。

Abstract This paper puts forward a case teaching method in the

course of numerical control practice teaching. To the school enter-prise cooperation as the basis， to the practical application of enter-

prises as the goal， combined with the characteristics of NC practice

teaching， we will focus on enterprise actual manufacturing CNC ma-chining parts are divided into several typical cases， the knowledge contained in each case from the shallower to the deeper， step by step， into the numerical control practice teaching. The numerical control teaching method is explored and reformed， which is refined and optimized from the aspects of school enterprise cooperation， teachers team， auxiliary software and safety education， teaching materials. So as to improve the teaching level of NC practice.

1 前言

作為工业产业现代化的根本，数控技术及装备水平直接影响关系到国家的经济发展和综合国力，影响到国家的战略地位。所以，发达国家均采用重大措施来发展本国的数控技术装备及其工业产业。

21世纪以来，制造业成为我国经济发展的强劲动力，它是国家竞争力的重要体现。未来10年是我国制造业转型升级、从“世界工厂”转变升级成为“制造强国”的关键时期，在这个关键时期仍然迫切需要培养数以百万计的数控技术领域相关的数控机床操作人员、NC编程人员、数控工艺工程人员和数控维修人员。为进一步推动我国数控技术教育和高素质技能人才培养，推动数控产业发展，迫切需要提高数控技能教育的针对性和适应性。

近年来，教育相关部门专题调研了我国制造业发展对高技能应用型人才的实际需求及其培养模式，调研结果表明，我国高技能应用型人才培养模式比较落后，迫切需要提高职业技能教育的针对性和适应性。……
