摘 要 实践能力的培养是高职院校人才培养方向的重要内容。对高职应用电子技术专业学生实践能力培养进行有益探索，提出从“实践教学体系的完善、建设体现职教特色的教材体系、双师型师资队伍的建设、学生实践能力意识的自主提升”四个方面采取措施，提高学生实践能力的培养水平。

1 引言

高等职业院校作为我国教育结构体系中不可或缺的组成部分，主要任务是向生产、服务和管理第一线培养既懂行业理论知识，又具备较强实践能力的高技能人才[1]。随着电子信息技术的迅速发展，应用电子技术专业适应在良好就业趋势的同时，毕业生“不对口”及“就好业难”等现象仍为突出。其根源在于：毕业生实践能力不强，创新意识欠缺，不能满足企业高技能岗位的要求。

要改变学生的这种就业能力低下、就业质量差的现象，高职院校应切实分析自己人才培养的现状，拿出可行的措施，将实践教学始终贯穿于人才培养的过程中，突出实践能力的培养，提高学生的实践能力、创新意识，以适应社会的需求，真正达到培养高技能、应用型人才的目的。

2 高职院校应用电子技术专业学生实践能力培养现状

从针对每年毕业生就业情况的调查来看，相当一部分毕业生感到“找不到理想的岗位”，也有很大一部分学生感到“学非所用”，但同时出现许多基层一线的用人单位急需技能型人才却又招聘不到毕业生的窘况。……
