摘 要：产业集群一直是理论界研究的一个重点。产业集群内有大量的制造企业对物流的需求很大，外包物流的趋势也越来越明显，物流业的发展水平直接影响集群内制造业竞争力。从互动角度研究产业集群内物流业发展与制造业升级具有重要意义。文章对产业集群内物流业与制造业互动进行了细致的理论分析，阐述了物流业与制造业互动发展阶段、物流业与制造业在创新中互动、物流业与制造业互动过程、物流业与制造业互动结果。

Abstract： Industry cluster is a focus of research in theoretical circles， more and more people are paying attention to the development of industrial cluster. The development of logistics has a direct impact on the competitiveness of manufacturing industry. In this paper， there is a detailed theoretical analysis to the interactive development between logistics and manufacturing in the industry cluster. Also， the paper describes the stages of interactive development between the logistics and manufacturing industry， the interaction of logistics and manufacturing industry in the process of innovation， the process of the interaction between logistics and manufacturing industry， and interactive results between logistics and manufacturing industry.

1 文献回顾

1.1 产业集群内物流业与制造业互动发展研究

Marianne Jahre & Leif-Magnus Jensen（2010）通过研究发现集群内的物流业应与其它企业协调发展，为其它企业提供物流服务，承担运营供应链的任务，并为其它企业提供信息服务[1]。Jeryl R. Wolfe（1990）认为物流流程是制造业获取竞争优势的一个来源，制造企业可以通过改进物流系统提高客户服务水平[2]。Bob Hollier（1988）提出全球化的物流战略必须在相应的市场和制造战略的背景下发展[3]。国外研究物流业与制造业互动的文献比较少，从仅有的文献来看，国外学者也意识到物流业应为制造业服务，与制造业协调发展。

王玉珍（2008）认为物流业与制造业互动指的是两者之间相互依赖、相互作用、良性互动的关系和融合态势[4]。蒋琴儿、刘剑锋（2010）认为物流金融可以促进物流企业与制造企业的合作，为物流业与制造业的互动发展提供了业务空间，提高了制造业和物流业的竞争力[5]。……
