摘 要：调查了柳州市工业物流在基础建设、单项应用、综合集成、协同与创新、竞争力等方面物流两化融合的现状及存在的问题，并从政府角度提出政策、税收、资金支持，营造良好的物流业两化融合发展氛围，搭建两化融合服务平台等建议；从企业角度提出树立企业“一把手”意识，梳理企业管理制度，优化流程，标准化推行、人才培养等建议，从而通过物流两化融合提升柳州市工业物流运作效率、管理水平，增强企业产品在国内的竞争力。

Abstract： Investigated in Liuzhou industrial logistics infrastructure， single application， comprehensive integration， synergy and innovation， competitiveness， and so on logistics two combination of the status quo and existing problems， and put forward from the angle of government policy， taxation， financial support， the create a good atmosphere of the amalgamation logistics industry development， set up two integration services platform and so on； From the perspective of enterprise puts forward setting up enterprise “head”consciousness， enterprise management system， optimize the process， standardization， personnel training and so on， thus by two logistics integration promote liuzhou industrial logistics operation efficiency and management level， enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise products in the domestic.

加快推进柳州市工业物流工业化和信息化融合（以下简称：物流两化融合），是贯彻落实国家战略的必然要求，是转变经济发展方式、坚持走新型工业化道路、全面构建现代产业体系的战略举措，也是当前调结构、抓创新、促转型的必然选择，有利于帮助柳州市各类企业提升信息、寻找新突破口，积极拓展国内市场。2015年9月至12月，笔者根据柳州市工业经济结构特点，结合物流活动主体，将调查对象分为六大类，即汽车整车制造企业、汽车零部件及配套制造企业、机械制造企业、石化企业、冶金制造企业和专业的工业物流企业。调查内容包含各企业物流两化融合基础建设、单项应用、综合集成、协同与创新和竞争力五个方面。调查采用现场调研和国家工信部网站两化融合问卷进行数据采集相结合方式进行，本次调查实发问卷123份，回收96份，有效问卷96份，问卷回收率78%，问卷有效率100%。……
