摘要：《物流配送中心规划与设计》课程作为物流工程专业的核心课程，内容丰富、难度较高、实践性强。本文对于该课程的教学改革做了一定的探索，首先建立了课程群的教学体系，将实验、理论、实践融为一体；其次基于全景式教学的理念对于理论教学、实践教学的具体方式做了较大的改进；最后提出了多维度和多元化的课程群考核体系，更加全面的考核学生的学习效果，有利于对学生的综合能力培养。

Abstract： Planning and Design of Logistics Distribution Center is the core course of logistics engineering major， it has rich content， high difficulty and strong practicality. This paper explores the teaching reform of this course. At first， it sets up a teaching system of the curriculum group to integrate experiment， theory and practice. And then， based on the thinking of panoramic teaching， the specific ways of theory teaching and practice teaching are improved. Finally， it puts forward the multi-dimensional and diversified appraisal system of curriculum group to more comprehensively assess student's learning effect， it is benefit to the students' comprehensive ability training.

0 引言

近年来，随着中国物流产业的飞速发展，各种物流设施、设备、技术纷纷在实践中推广应用。其中，物流中心、配送中心的建设此起彼伏、方兴未艾。据统计，全国共有各种类型的物流配送中心1000多家，规划和建设中的物流中心30多个，其中北京、上海、深圳投资都在1000亿元以上[1]。实践如此，物流配送中心规划与设计人才的培养显得尤为紧迫。

目前，《物流配送中心规划与设计》作为物流工程专业的一门专业课，开设较为普遍。该课程在物流人才培养体系中占有重要地位，是核心的物流知识模块。从教学内容来看，不同学校和教材根据自己的专业和方向有不同的选择。有教材除物流配送中心规划设计外，加入了作业管理、绩效管理、软件仿真等内容。从整体上看，该课程与其他课程内容有着明显的相关性。
